I started scrubbing decks and ended up running the whole ship
I joined Royal Caribbean in 2007 as cruise staff. Since then I have been cruise director for nine cruise lines, I have run shore excursions on the largest ship in the world, and today I advise the people who want to book their own.

Cruise Director · Mano Cruises, SeaDream and Scenic
Entertainment direction out of Haifa, shore excursion management on luxury yachts and the enrichment programme on Europe’s river cruises.
2015 — 2020
Princess Cruises, Cruise & Maritime and Royal Caribbean
Cruise director on the Crown, the Sun and the Dawn Princess out of Sydney, and on the Magellan and the Columbus out of London. Then shore excursions on the Oasis of the Seas.

From cruise staff to cruise director
I started in Galveston with Royal Caribbean in 2007. Then the Brilliance and the Jewel of the Seas, Iberocruceros with the Grand Celebration and the Grand Holiday, and Pullmantur on the Sovereign of the Seas.

Education
Master’s in Marketing and Commercial Management from Fundesem Business School and a degree in Labour Relations from the University of Alicante.
